Maintaining my personal practice gives me an inner sense of calm and stability that permeates all areas of my life and positively impacts those around me.

After practicing yoga on and off during my years studying at Boston University, I rediscovered my practice in a small beach town, Ocean City, NJ. I find that yoga has significantly improved my ability to channel breath to facilitate movement, whether I'm doing yoga, snowboarding or biking through the city.

Today, yoga has developed into more than just the poses for me - it's a journey inward with a unifying side effect. Focusing on proper alignment and the power of breath to connect the body with mind, I seek to inspire individuals and build community through dynamic flows that nourish the soul while challenging the body.
