I seek to inspire, support and challenge my students based on their bodies at that time, that day. I specialize in working within corporate offices to elevate the working environment through yoga reducing stress and increasing productivity.

Using pranayama we connect breath to movement. Listening to specific alignment cues, we move into smart positioning. Creating a deeper awareness of ourselves, we build upon each practice. I offer hands-on adjustments and assists to provide personal instruction, especially in a group class.

Yoga is a practice. We keep it light-hearted and have fun, sweat and move

together to the tune of the playlist I design for the class.
